Effective October 15, 2026These Terms govern your use of suppranked.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
SuppRanked publishes a free leaderboard of supplement brands sold on Amazon, ranked by estimated sales. Figures are modeled from publicly visible Best Sellers rankings and similar public signals. They are approximations, are not official data from Amazon or any brand, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
2. No advice
Nothing on the Site is medical, health, nutritional, legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing is an endorsement of any product or brand. Rankings reflect estimated sales only, not product quality, safety or efficacy. Talk to a qualified professional before taking any supplement or making any business or investment decision.
3. Independence and trademarks
SuppRanked is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any brand listed. Amazon and all brand names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them (nominative use).
4. Acceptable use
You may view and share the Site for personal and internal business purposes and may quote figures with attribution and a link to SuppRanked. You may not: scrape or bulk-download the Site in a way that burdens it; resell or republish the dataset as your own; misrepresent our estimates as official data; or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
5. Sponsored content
Some placements are paid sponsorships (rotating sponsor slots in the sidebars and banner shown across the Site) or paid Featured Brand Profiles, and are labelled "Sponsor" or "Featured". Sponsor links are marked rel="sponsored". Payment never changes a brand's rank, score or estimates. Claiming a profile is free. Featured profiles get faster handling of correction requests, but every correction is judged on the same evidence standard. See Disclosures.

If you believe information about your brand is inaccurate, see Corrections & Removals. We review requests in good faith.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPRANKED AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO US$100.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SuppRanked harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
10. Third-party links
Links to Amazon and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or content.
11. Changes
We may update the Site, our methodology or these Terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
